Our History
Our story started a long time ago, during the Lebanese civil war in 1985, by two ambitious persons Mohamad Ali Maatouk and Iman Hamzeh Harb, despite all the tough circumstances and from ground zero they both emerged from a start-up a small company known as “SIGMA SANTEX”. It was introducing a special range of external textured paints that helped the company quickly grew to become a well-known establishment in its field, by on-site technical support, ambition, originality, credibility and passion for perfection.
During 1999, with its new branding “OMEGA PAINTS”, the company started to open new markets for architecture and decorative paints relying on professional technical background and constant research and development, which enabled the company to become one of the leaders in coatings market in Middle East.

Today OMEGA PAINTS factory is located in Ain Anoub 10 km from Beirut, covering an area around 4200 square meter on which 5 story building has been constructed into manufacturing area, storage area, head office and showroom of a total 10,000 square meter working space.
Currently more than 50 dedicated employees are working to produce more than 100 different types of paints including interior, exterior and decorative paints . The continuous search for quality and the accurate control of the various processing phases have always characterized the production of Omega Paints, allowing it to offer highly reliable materials for every application need.
